The most advanced user interface available
TabletPCR's user interface brings the latest ideas and technology in usability to the EMS electronic field data experience. Usability studies and labs were utilized in the development of the user interface allowing ZOLL Data Systems to observe EMS professionals using the system to eliminate trouble-spots and tedious operations.
- Optimized for touch-screen tablets but also allows for quick data entry via stylus, mouse and keyboard.
- Automatically advances to next field when appropriate to eliminate extra work for medics and EMTs.
- Easily tab from field-to-field when using keyboard-based input.
- QuickLog allows fast logging of common procedures.
- Complete Call Rules with hyperlinks to required fields ensure reports are correctly completed.
- Color - coded indicators for the status of sections in the PCR.
- Designed for easy data entry, training time to transition from paper systems is minimal.
Adaptable administration
In simple terms, the software adapts to your business - your business doesn't have to adapt to the software. The system administrator can customize the data entry screens to add fields, change label names and rearrange fields on the screen, create own pick lists, all in real time. No customization or assistance from ZOLL Data Systems is necessary.
Accurate descriptive assessments
Quickly and accurately document assessment locations and results utilizing the interactive assessment bodies.
- Body images appropriate for patient gender and age.
- Each body area color coded when assessed for efficient processes.
- Assessment protocols appropriate for condition and body area.
- Quick button for assessments that are within normal limits (WNL).
Advanced, configurable QuickLog for interventions
An enhanced Quick Log screen allows patient-care providers to quickly and easily timestamp various activities with one 'tap' in order to log patient interventions real-time and build a more accurate call report.
Don't miss important information with Complete Call Rules
These rules allow the system administrator to control what information is required on the Patient Care Record: to ensure compliance with Medicare, collect appropriate clinical data and capture information necessary for billing and collections.
The user can easily navigate to the missing data element by tapping on the failed Complete Call rule. The system will automatically navigate to the screen containing the missing element, thus saving the time it would take for the crewmember to find the screen.
10+ years experience and the power you need
Benefit from over ten years experience in product updates, input from ZOLL Data Systems' 130+ customers, our annual Summit user
group meetings, and the latest in software development tools to provide a robust, open architecture EMS application. Utilizing Microsoft .NET
Framework technology, the product is available for use on the best platforms offered by Microsoft. The system is designed from the ground up as a
scalable product for mobile environments using Microsoft's server technologies including MS SQL Server and MS IIS Server hosting .NET Web Services.
RescueNetTM Reporting – the data you need, the way you want it
The RescueNetTM Reporting program provides a common tool for all of the RescueNetTM programs, which you can use to mine the wealth of data you are collecting.
Quickly setting up ad hoc and customized reports. Each program has scores of standard reports, so chances are you'll find the report you need. The reports can be refined through the application of wide variety of filters, and if that doesn't get you exactly the data you want, you can easily clone and customize a standard report. You can even create your own reports using Crystal ReportsTM, and then use them just like any of the standard reports.
Automating reporting. Once you have configured a set of reports, for example, your weekly data reports, you can save the configuration and easily create a script so that they are automatically run at the appropriate times.
Exporting report data. Easily export reports in a variety of formats, or to other commonly used applications.
Samples of some of the types of reports included with the solution are:
- Administration reports
- Medic skills reports
- Performance > On Scene reports
- Statistics reports
- Treatments and impressions reports
- Trip lists
- General > HIPAA reports
- RescueNet Dispatch and Billing reports
Synchronization
RescueNet TabletPCR utilizes Microsoft .NET Web Services to transmit data between the TabletPCR Field Data Server and the TabletPCR mobile unit. The following data is automatically transferred during synchronization:
- CAD data is transmitted from the server / CAD system to the mobile device. This aids in the creation of new run reports or allows CAD data to automatically update a manually created PCR on the mobile unit.
- Completed Electronic Patient Care Records are transmitted to server and subsequently removed from the device to protect the security of the patient information.
- Application updates are transferred from the server to the mobile unit. This gives the administrator the ability to manage and update the application configuration at any point in order to optimize the workflow for the field users.
All transmissions are encrypted using AES, a FIPS 140-2 recommended encryption algorithm. Synchronization can occur via the following media types:
- Modem.
- Wireless Wide Area Network (GPRS, 1xRTT, EDGE, etc…)
- Wireless Local Area Network (WiFi 802.11 a/b/g)
- Local Area Network (Ethernet 10 Base T, 100 Base T, etc…)
- Any TCP/IP based network can be used for synchronization.
