Someone needs help. Fast. You probably need to record a phone number and a pick-up location, and assess the nature of the complaint so that you can determine what kind of ambulance and crew needs to be sent. You want to get the call to the dispatcher ASAP.

In RescueNet Dispatch, you can click the Emergency Trip button or press a shortcut key to immediately launch the emergency call-taking module. Add the essential information, and then click the Save & Continue button to send the trip to your dispatcher. Then you can fill in additional call information while the ambulance is rolling.

• Drag a call on top of a vehicle to assign it.
• If you are using dispatch paging or the RescueNet Nomad^TM mobile data system, the crew is immediately notified.
• Double-click a trip to time stamp it.
• If you prefer, work right on the interactive map.

RescueNet Web Viewer also includes a pager utility that works much like the SendPage utility that is included with RescueNet Dispatch.

RescueNet Reporting – the data you need, the way you want it  

The RescueNet^TM Reporting program provides a common tool for all of the RescueNet^TM programs, which you can use to mine the wealth of data you are collecting.

Quickly setting up ad hoc and customized reports. Each program has scores of standard reports, so chances are you'll find the report you need. The reports can be refined through the application of wide variety of filters, and if that doesn't get you exactly the data you want, you can easily clone and customize a standard report. You can even create your own reports using Crystal Reports^TM, and then use them just like any of the standard reports.

Automating reporting. Once you have configured a set of reports, for example, your weekly data reports, you can save the configuration and easily create a script so that they are automatically run at the appropriate times.

Exporting report data. Easily export reports in a variety of formats, or to other commonly used applications.
