  • Go! Streamlined emergency call taking/dispatching   Show Me!

Someone needs help. Fast. You probably need to record a phone number and a pick-up location, and assess the nature of the complaint so that you can determine what kind of ambulance and crew needs to be sent. You want to get the call to the dispatcher ASAP.

In RescueNet Dispatch, you can click the Emergency Trip button or press a shortcut key to immediately launch the emergency call-taking module. Add the essential information, and then click the Save & Continue button to send the trip to your dispatcher. Then you can fill in additional call information while the ambulance is rolling.

Supercharge the emergency call-taking/dispatch process with:

    • Integrated ANI/ALI 911 and ProQA interfaces
    • Automated address completion based on powerful geocoding
    • In-depth response profiles and flexible SSM plans
    • Powerful mapping, GPS vehicle tracking, and transparent dispatch paging
    • Integrated flight dispatch and tracking
    • Plug in RescueNet NomadTM mobile data system to provide instant, accurate data communication between your dispatch center and your crews, as well as in-vehicle mapping, and you'll be able to achieve extraordinary response times.

Fast, intuitive dispatch modules   Show Me!

Everything you need to see is right there, color-coded, fully drag-and-drop enabled, organized by priority, displayed on a single monitor or across multiple monitors.

    • Drag a call on top of a vehicle to assign it.
    • If you are using dispatch paging or the RescueNet NomadTM mobile data system, the crew is immediately notified.
    • Double-click a trip to time stamp it.
    • If you prefer, work right on the interactive map.
    • Never lose control: automatic alerts, response profile flags, candidate rankings, SSM out-of-compliance warnings, diversion expiration reminders, and calls for flight position updates keep you on top even during the most frantic times.
    • Just click to access all secondary tasks: update customers and addresses, activate and deactivate vehicles, change crews, send vehicles to posts or other zones, unassign or cancel trips, add trip notes, and put vehicles into special statuses.
    • Customize your view to fit exactly with the way you like to work.
    • Filter the dispatch module to only display the trips and vehicles you need to see.
    • The system prompts you if you need to add a drop-off address, select an arrival status or late reason, or capture odometer reading and mileage.

Capture and save all important customer information   Show Me!

Add customer information once to make it available to everyone using the system including billers, as well as for future trips.

    • Use speed codes to quickly add existing employers and personal doctors. View complete customer information history.
    • Geocode residence/facility addresses to automate speed and appointment time calculations. Geocoded zones drive dispatching and billing tasks. Automatic SSN verification eliminates duplication.
    • Easily add and sort customer's payors. If you are using RescueNetTM's integrated RescueNet BillingTM product, payor-specific default charges are automatically added to the trip based on the call type, priority, and zone.
    • Capture all secondary information from this one easy-to-use dialog box: record alerts that need to be displayed to call takers and/or dispatchers, add the customer to groups, make note of permanent addresses and legal representative, and add dispatch comments to be included in pages to the crews.
    • Capture only what you need, but also every bit of information you want.

Efficient, in-depth non-emergency call taking   Show Me!

Do it all in one well-organized window, from recording basic service information to setting up detailed, automatic standing orders for a customer.

    • Jump to a category of information by clicking one of the tabs.
    • Fly through the fields on a tab in the order that makes sense for your organization.
    • Automatic defaults reduce data entry for your most common trips.
    • Powerful lookup tools make it fast and easy to find existing customers and facilities.
    • Geocoding ensures accurate addresses and automates many related dispatching and billing features.
    • Easily schedule a return trip and/or set up multiple-frequency standing orders at the same time you add the original trip.
    • Use speed codes to rapidly nail down key data throughout the Call Taking module.
    • Capture procedures and medications or, if you are using RescueNet Field DataTM collection software, automatically import them, as well as other key trip info.
    • Quickly add alerts that need to be displayed to the dispatchers or paged to the crews.
    • If you are using the Telephony feature, click the button next to any phone number to have the system dial the number. When you make a call from the Call Taking module, you can also record the results in the trip history.
    • Acquire images and attach files to a trip and view them with a click of a button.
    • Review detailed trip history.

RescueNet Reporting – the data you need, the way you want it   Show Me!

The RescueNetTM Reporting program provides a common tool for all of the RescueNetTM programs, which you can use to mine the wealth of data you are collecting.

Quickly setting up ad hoc and customized reports. Each program has scores of standard reports, so chances are you'll find the report you need. The reports can be refined through the application of wide variety of filters, and if that doesn't get you exactly the data you want, you can easily clone and customize a standard report. You can even create your own reports using Crystal ReportsTM, and then use them just like any of the standard reports.

Automating reporting. Once you have configured a set of reports, for example, your weekly data reports, you can save the configuration and easily create a script so that they are automatically run at the appropriate times.

Exporting report data. Easily export reports in a variety of formats, or to other commonly used applications.
