Now Hiring - Sales Managers
ZOLL Data Systems sells our RescueNet Suite through a dedicated team of direct sales reps located throughout the country. Each rep covers multiple states and is accountable for the quota in that territory. Successful candidates for this position typically have 3+ years of experience in a complex solution sales environment, have successfully performed on a $1M plus quota, and have experience with ticket sizes ranging from $100k - $500k and sales cycles of 8 – 24 months. Experience selling into the Public Safety sector is highly desirable but we will consider applicants from hospital, healthcare, utilities, and other industries that sell into local and state governments. Successful applicants will be solid professional sales people who have developed a successful solution sales methodology and who can effectively qualify accounts and work a pipeline in a direct sales environment. Travel for this position is anticipated to be 75% plus. We currently have openings in the following territories :

NC/SC/GA
VA/DC/MD/DE/PA (Mid Atlantic)

Now Hiring - Regional Sales Managers, Western and Eastern US
ZOLL Data Systems is now recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to be responsible for either the Western or the Eastern United States. In this role, you would one of 2 Regional Managers reporting directly to the VP Sales and you'd be responsible for approximately 8 reps in your territory. Successful candidates for this position will have 5+ years of solutions sales experience in a "like environment" (See posting above) and 3+years in a sales management role. Successful candidate will also have a strong concentration of Public Safety/EMS related sales activities in his/her career. Must be a strong performer with a documented ability to lead a winning sales team. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology is also required. Applicants must live within reasonable proximity to a major airport and be able and willing to travel 75% and above.

Now Hiring - Telesales Specialist
We are currently hiring a Telesales Specialist to sell our Crew Scheduler product to new and existing clients.

Crew Scheduler is a software product that easily manages the multidimensional challenges of EMS scheduling.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering WebEx demos of our Crew Scheduler product. They would be contacting existing clients as well as calling on new, warm leads. Primarily, customer contact will be over the phone, but occasional travel to client sites may occur.

Requisite skills for this position include 3-5 years in outbound telesales experience. Must have carried a quota and generated commissions.

Additional skills: Exceptional organizational skills, an ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously, excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to be highly conversant in technical discussions involving computer software, great customer service skills, and an ability to evaluate business processes and identify new sales opportunities.

Now Hiring- Software Support Specialist
We are also looking to add a customer oriented support technician to our team. In this role, you would be responsible for providing phone support to dispatchers, paramedics, EMTs, and medical billers across the country and for assisting them with their business processes. Required background for this position includes 3+ years of experience in customer service, a strong background in computers, and excellent customer service skills. Formalized education or professional background involving computers and computer technology highly desired.

Accepting Resumes - Deployment Specialists
Our Deployment Specialists travel to EMS client sites to install the RescueNet Suite and train our new users and system administrators. Successful candidates for this role join ZOLL Data Systems after spending a number of years in the field as Paramedics, EMTs, Dispatchers, and Medical Billers. IT Managers and Systems Administrators from EMS companies also have a high level of success. Deployment Specialists must be technically astute on the Microsoft platform, reside in or around the Denver area (occasional exceptions made), have experience teaching small groups, and possess great customer service and communication skills. Travel for this position ranges from 60% to 75%. We have openings in our ePCR group but our Dispatch and Billing groups are currently full.
