Juli Smith is a nationally recognized revenue cycle expert known for finding successful solutions that create strong ROI, increased market share, and profitability. Focusing on innovative solutions to support the shift from the fee-for-service model to one based on value, Ms. Smith serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships for ZOLL Data Systems. She is a frequent speaker on emergency medicine coding and reimbursement issues. Ms. Smith has hosted HFMA webinars, been quoted by HealthLeaders magazine, and is a frequent contributor to national healthcare media outlets. She serves in a variety of committee roles for the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), the Emergency Department Practice Management Association (EDPMA), and the Urgent Care Association (UCA). She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of EDPMA and is one of the few non-physician members of the ACEP Coding and Nomenclature Committee.
