Product Manager

Steve Frye, ZOLL Product Manager, joined ZOLL in June 2010 and previously served in progressive roles, including customer support representative, implementation specialist, and QA Engineer. He became a Product Owner for ZOLL Respond in 2018 and is now the Product Manager of ZOLL emsCharts NOW.

Jason Bartholomai

Clinical and Business Consultant

Jason Bartholomai is a Clinical and Business Consultant at ZOLL Data Systems, where he has helped coordinate implementations for more than 1,500 customers and ensured that customers are utilizing ZOLL emsCharts to its fullest capacity. Jason began his EMS industry career in 1998 as an EMT volunteer and has worked his way through the ranks, becoming a Pennsylvania paramedic and maintaining active NREMT paramedic status. He served as volunteer treasurer and lieutenant of a community fire department and is currently serving as EMA coordinator for the community and currently president of Dunbar Borough Council. Jason’s background includes being a National Registry Representative, evaluator, state EMS certification examination coordinator, and teacher for paramedic and EMT courses. Jason has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Waynesburg University and an undergraduate degree in emergency medicine from the University of Pittsburgh.

Joe Meath

Manager of Customer Empowerment

Joe Meath has nearly 17 years of experience with ZOLL Products with focused experience in the ZOLL emsCharts product. During his tenure, he has worked with our sales and implementation team conducting several large scale implementations and consultations throughout the United States covering private EMS, municipal Fire and EMS agencies, and several departments within the Federal Government.

Joe has been a Paramedic for over 30 years and has experience in high call volume EMS services in the State of New York where he continues to work per diem EMS.  He has served on several boards throughout his career and was a publicly elected Fire Commissioner for an ISO Class I Department. Additionally, he retired with 24 years of experience as a Civil Service Fire Battalion Chief working in a high call volume ALS based Fire Department. He has experience in ZOLL software both as a user and an administrator.

Joe has a degree in Fire Protection and works frequently with ZOLL customers in improving their operation through data driven decisions utilizing ZOLL’s suite of products.
