Stephen Frye, Product Owner, ZOLL Respond and ZOLL Road Safety

Steve Frye is the Product owner for ZOLL Respond and ZOLL Road Safety, and is in his 11th year with ZOLL Data Systems. Prior to joining the Respond team, he spent several years working on Road Safety as a quality assurance engineer, tier II technical support specialist, and as an installation technician after receiving his degree in Automotive Technology from Wyotech in 2009. Through these different roles, he has maintained a strong focus on the customer’s experience. Whether it be troubleshooting technical issues, installing on board computers in customer vehicles, testing newly developed features, or prioritizing upcoming work for the development team, the customer experience is always at the forefront of his mind. Steve has obtained his Certified Tester Foundation Level certification, as well as his Certified Scrum Product Owner certification during his career at ZOLL.
