How do I register for ZOLL Online?
ZOLL Online is free to register. Go to ZOLLOnline.com. Click on sign-up on the right hand side. Enter the requested information. Agree to the Terms of Service and click "Sign up".
How do I add a new user to my company?
As an administrator, to add employees to your company, log into ZOLL Online. Click on Admin in the title bar. Select a product and click on User Accounts. Click on the Add a user button in the upper left of the screen. Enter the employees name and email address, authorize them as a user or administrator, choose the products and settings to which they will have access and click Save. They will receive a welcome email which includes a temporary password they can use to sign in to ZOLL Online.
How do I sign into ZOLL Online for the first time?
After your company administrator adds you to ZOLL Online, a welcome email will be sent to your email address from a donotreply.com email address. The email will contain your temporary password as well as a link that will take you directly to the ZOLL Online Sign In page. Simply login with your email address and the temporary password, review and agree to the ZOLL terms and you’re ready to begin using ZOLL Online.
What happens if I never receive the welcome e-mail?
If you know the welcome email has been sent to the correct email address, try checking the Spam or Junk folder as the welcome email may have been filtered through to either of these folders.
How do I add a company?
You can add a company to your existing account by logging into ZOLL Online. From the home page, click on your name in the upper right corner. Then click on "Create a Company" in the lower right corner. Watch the video for details.
How do I edit the company?
To edit a company that you are an administrator of, log into ZOLL Online. From the home page, select the correct company from the drop-down in the upper right of the screen. Click on settings under administration. Select one of the products from the list, then select company profile. Make your edits, then click save.
I belong to more than one company, how do I select a different company?
Within ZOLL Online, you can belong to more than one company. In the upper right of the home screen, it will list the current company. Click on the drop down and select the company you want.
Can the company’s name be changed?
The company name can be changed by accessing the Company Profile Tab located in the Settings Page. Only administration access to this company will have access to this feature.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, log into ZOLL Online. From the home page, click on your name in the upper right of the screen. Enter your current password and then enter the new password.
What if I forgot my password?
You can reset your password by clicking on "Password Reset" from the login page, and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset email. Click on the link within the email and enter your new password. View the video for more details.
I am registered to more than one Company Account. Can I use one user name and password to access all accounts?
Yes. Only one username and password are required to access all associated company accounts. A company will default as your home page, however a drop down menu is provided on the Home which allows for access to all associated companies. Simply click on the company name with whom you would like to access and it will auto direct you to that company’s Home Page.
How do I add vehicles?
Adding vehicles within ZOLL Online is fast and easy. Because of ZOLL Online's central administration, vehicle information is added only once and the information flows to all ZOLL Online products. From the home screen, click on settings under administration. Click on one of the products. Select vehicles. To add a vehicle, click on the plus icon in the upper left. Add the appropriate vehicle information, and click save.
