          Joseph C. Moran

          Joseph C. Moran is an Operations Manager/Nationally Registered Paramedic for Commonwealth Health Emergency Medical Services. He has been a nationally registered paramedic since 2006 and has also held the operations manager position since 2014. Mr. Moran is a graduate of Fitch & Associates Ambulance Service Manager Program. Moran is currently the Operations Manager for Commonwealth Health Emergency Medical Services in Scranton, PA where he has been employed since 2002.
